We are looking for a
Project Officer - Entreperneurship
Energylab is seeking an enthusiastic, organised, flexible and adaptable Project Officer eager to implement EnergyLab project activities, with a focus on entrepreneurship projects.

The Project Officer is responsible to liaise with start-up teams, provide logistical support and support project communications with the guidance of the Program Manager. You will have the opportunity to work on EnergyLab's Switch to Solar Incubation program including supporting the implementation of the hackathon and incubation programs

Report: Program Manager
Contract: Full Time (40 hours), ongoing contract (including 3 month probation)

Responsibilities and Duties
● Support team for the design, preparation and delivery of program activities
● Maintain communication with project stakeholders
● Arrange logistics for programs and events with the support of the Finance and Admin coordinator
● Take notes and prepare meeting minutes when necessary
● Organize and document project files properly in the Google Drive
● Draft reports summarising project and/or activity and related success, learnings and recommendations.
● Create basic communications materials for programs and support delivery of EnergyLab's communication plan
● Any administration tasks required for the smooth functioning of EnergyLab office
● Conduct yourself in alignment with EnergyLab values and policies
● Participate in and support other EnergyLab programs as necessary.

Support Switch-to-Solar Incubation Program implementation
● Provide support to the Program Manager for the design, preparation and delivery of the hackathons, pre-incubation and incubation activities.
● Liaise and follow up with potential participants in hackathons, pre-incubation and incubation programs
● Liaise and follow up with the startup teams regarding their monthly activities and deliverables for the incubation period.
● Keep track of the information and data of the project achievements and lessons learnt for quarterly and annual reporting.
● Work with the Communications Officer to update and promote project activities on EnergyLab's social media
Requirements
● University Degree (or equivalent) in agriculture, rural development, engineering, education, economics, business, or management
● Organised, detail-oriented and ability to complete tasks against project timeline, seeking help where required
● Excellent written and oral skills in English and Khmer.
● Demonstrated skill in using online tools and Microsoft suite
● Experience with social media, communications
● Able to work in a full-time job (Monday-Friday) and frequently available for weekend events

● Demonstrated interest to support entrepreneurs in Cambodia
● Enthusiasm to support clean energy businesses in Cambodia, passionate about clean energy and the progress of clean energy in Cambodia
● Interest to grow markets in agriculture, fishery or aquaculture sectors in Cambodia
● Enjoys building relationships with entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs
● Proactive, positive, flexible and adaptable – no task is too small or too large and always happy to help the team
● Enjoys problem-solving to get the most impact and best outcomes in creative ways
● Open to try new things and new ideas with a positive attitude
