We are looking for a
Project Officer - Engagement
Energylab is seeking an enthusiastic, organised, flexible and adaptable Project Officer eager to implement EnergyLab's project activities to engage the public on clean energy.

The Project Officer will liaise with partners for engagement & outreach events, support logistics and support project communications with the guidance of the program manager. You will have the opportunity to work on EnergyLab's key programs including the Clean Energy Internship, Clean Energy Week, Young Professionals Fellowship and Sustainable Mobility Project.

Report: Program Manager
Contract: Full Time (40 hours), ongoing contract (including 3 month probation)

Responsibilities and Duties
● Support team for the design, preparation and delivery of program activities
● Maintain communication with project stakeholders
● Arrange Logistics for programs and events with the support of the Finance and Admin coordinator
● Take notes and prepare meeting minutes when necessary
● Organize and document project files properly in the Google Drive
● Draft reports summarising project and/or activity and related success, learnings and recommendations.
● Create basic communications materials for programs and support delivery of EnergyLab's communication plan
● Any administration tasks required for the smooth functioning of EnergyLab office
● Conduct yourself in alignment with EnergyLab values and policies

Participate in and support other EnergyLab programs as necessary

Support the Clean Energy Internship Program
● Provide support for the design, coordination, and delivery of the internship program
● Provide support to the technical and job-readiness training including logistical arrangements and liaison and communication with the interns
● Support the Finance and Admin Coordinator to prepare and coordinate the monthly stipends for the interns
● Work with the Communications Officer to plan and organize the promotion and outreach activities for the internship program

Support delivery of Clean Energy Week in November
● Lead volunteer engagement including overseeing volunteer team
● Work with partners to design and implement events during Clean Energy Week
● Support Clean Energy Advocate for targeted knowledge events & advocacy events. This is during Clean Energy Week and can extend to periods outside Clean Energy Week
● Work with the Communications Officer to plan and organize the promotion of Clean Energy Week
● Draft report for donors, sponsors and partners
● Support monitoring and evaluation. Includes creating, distributing and analyzing feedback

Support delivery of Clean Energy Young Professionals Fellowship Program
● Arrange logistics for the training sessions for fellows
● Arrange opportunities for fellows to present at Clean Energy Week
● Work with the Communications Officer to plan and organize promotion and videos as needed for the fellowship program
Requirements
● University Degree (or equivalent) in engineering, education, economics, business, law, IR or management
● Excellent written and oral skills in English and Khmer.
● Organised, detail-oriented and ability to complete tasks against project timeline, seeking help where required
● Demonstrated skill in using online tools and Microsoft suite
● Experience with social media, communications and design is desirable
● Able to work in a full-time job (Monday-Friday) and available for weekend events
