EnergyLab Asia was honoured to join the “E-Mobility and Its Ecosystem: EV Infrastructure and Battery Lifecycle Management” workshop on 25 November 2025, organised by our partner VERYWORDS.
The workshop highlighted key topics to advance the electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem, such as market understanding, policy mechanisms, grid management and proactive infrastructure response, battery certification system, digital battery passport, and battery reuse and recycling R&D program.
While EVs offer clear environmental benefits, the transition must be supported by a robust management framework — from EV operations and charging systems to battery lifecycle management and end-of-life recycling — to ensure that today’s “green” efforts do not become tomorrow’s “gray” challenges.
We highly value this partnership and appreciate insights shared on Korea’s EV charging and battery management systems, which can serve as strong references for Cambodia’s growing EV market.
